Join us on this amazing experience exploring one of the iconic The Lord of Ring locations around New Zealand. We will start with a private sunset tour of a maximum of 5 people so you can capture the magic of this place, followed by a delicious banquet and night tour.

Sunset and Night Photos

You will have the opportunity to shoot with beautiful sunset golden light and then finish with a 30 minute night tour so you can capture the stars (It will be a new moon, so more stars!!)

Photography Tutor

A photography tutor will be with you all the time in case you have questions or get stuck!

Banquet Included

After the sunset private tour we will join the banquet with more people, after this delicious meal, we will on on a 30 min night tour.

Overview

The tracks are safe and easy, though a moderate level of fitness is required as we will be walking for a few hours. After that, we will enjoy a fabulous banquet at the Shire waiting for the stars to appear (we chose this date on a new moon so we can capture some Milkyway shots) and then we will go on a 30 minutes night tour around this magical place.

  • You have to be in a moderate level of fitness and feel comfortable moving in the dark
  • Transportation is not included but we can organise carpools from Tauranga
